What is the Toronto Developers & Managers database?
The Toronto Developers & Managers database is a detailed, comprehensive listing of 2,898 Real Estate Executives in Office, Shopping Center, Industrial and Residential real estate companies. Over 650 of the Company listings are Developers or Investors and the balance Fee Managers. Each record shows the correct address, telephone and fax information, website, 800 number, and several executives and managers with their proper titles.
How often are the records updated?
We attempt to update each record immediately prior to shipping so it is likely that none of the records are older than 60 days. We continue to update the records after shipping the original data, and provide updates regularly to our subscribers.
How are the records updated?
Our researchers call all of the companies to verify existing information and to add new contacts. We also use first class mail and faxes to support our telephone research.
How is our Information unique?
The number of contact names and the currency of the information set our records apart from other sources. Most directories include one or two contact names, where ours has as many as fifteen for some companies. Data that is updated annually is the norm in Canadian databases and directories while ours is completely updated 60 days before we send it to you. Originally published in 1982 as The Directory of Canadian Real Estate Companies, all of our current databases are broader and deeper in terms of company categories, position titles and the number of listings.
